DocuBite provides workspace-based document extraction, review, search, and CSV export for bookkeeping workflows.

Not accounting software

The service does not provide bookkeeping, transaction ledgers, currency conversion, invoice generation, reconciliation, automatic posting, tax filing, or legal/accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing extracted values before using them.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to upload documents to a workspace and must protect workspace access and invitation links.

Data and availability

Sources and reviewed structured data are retained as described in the privacy notice while the workspace is active. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee that AI output will be complete or accurate.
